This website is operated by Cool Change Co. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Cool Change Co. By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform that lets us sell our products to you.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We try to make sure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Prices and availability can change without notice. If we've made an error with the price of an item, we'll contact you before processing your order, and you can choose to continue or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and our 1-year warranty are covered by our Refund Policy.

Using our products

Please use our products as intended and follow the included user guide, including charging instructions. Don't submerge the fan in water or use a damaged cable or charger.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or refunding the price you paid.
