Power and battery
How long does the battery last?
Up to 40 hours on the lowest speed. Higher speeds use more power, so expect less on full blast.
How long does it take to charge?
About 4 to 5 hours with the included USB-C cable.
Can it really charge my phone?
Yes. The 10,000mAh battery works as a power bank. Plug your phone into the fan's USB port.
Wearing it
Will it make me cold like aircon?
No. It's a fan, not an air conditioner. It moves air across you so sweat evaporates faster, which is what makes you feel cooler.
Is it loud?
It's rated at 35 to 39 dB, so it's quiet on the low speeds. The top speed is the loudest.
Does the clip actually hold?
The clip grips belts, waistbands and bag straps firmly, so it stays put while you move.
Shipping and returns
How long does shipping take?
We ship with Australia Post. Within Australia, delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days once your order is dispatched, and shipping is free on orders over $90. We also ship to New Zealand and the Pacific with tracked Australia Post International, with the cost shown at checkout. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every fan has a 1-year warranty against faults. Email us and we'll sort it.
