Where we ship
We ship across Australia (including PO Boxes and parcel lockers), and to New Zealand and the Pacific.
Shipping costs
Australia
- Orders over $90: free shipping
- Orders under $90: $5.99 flat rate
New Zealand and the Pacific
- Tracked Australia Post International, priced by weight from $25. The exact cost is shown at checkout.
- Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times
All orders are sent tracked with Australia Post. Within Australia, delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days once your order is dispatched. International delivery to New Zealand and the Pacific takes longer and varies by destination. Regional and remote areas, public holidays and peak periods can take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates from Australia Post and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. You can follow your parcel on the Australia Post website or app.
Address errors
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped we can't change the address, and re-sending a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur an extra shipping charge.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for several business days, your parcel shows as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll work with Australia Post to sort it out.
